"Lobster roll to go"

First off the packaging of this lobster roll to go was very clever. All the goods were individually packed and almost ready for assembly.   Heat the meat, toast the bun,  load it up with meat, butter and freshly squeezed lemon. 

Now on to the important parts.  This lobster roll is made how you like it.  Want more butter or lemon? Then add it.  The assembly was very easy and eating was even easier.  

Overall the packaged deal was pretty tasty.  Just enough lemon and butter and surprisingly enough meat to load up the large roll. 

My step father dropped off this nice bundle unexpectedly which made it even better.

Well I will make this simple. This was supposed to be rated "Best in CT", by CT Magazine, well I am not sure what year this was from but it is NOT the best in CT or any part of CT as far as I am concerned.  I was supposed to get the "jumbo", yet she charged me for the "double jumbo" and there might have been 1/4 lb meat on the roll and it was not a jumbo anything.  Meat was tasteless.  The positive: Chowder was pretty good.
